Greetings! I'm Katrina Pleasant, a devoted mother of three (comprising two stepchildren and one adopted child), currently relishing the empty nest stage with my husband and two cherished canine companions. My roots lie in Sacramento, California, but destiny led us to South Carolina, where my husband and I gracefully transitioned into retirement from our military careers.

My journey as a Photo Manager began when I stumbled upon the concept, and I was instantly captivated. It all started when one of my mentors, a fellow scrapbook enthusiast, introduced me to the art of organizing my digital photos. Let me tell you, the sense of immediate gratification was truly remarkable. Finally, I found clarity within the chaos of my photo collection.

Another profound reason that compelled me to embark on this path was the loss of my mother in 2015 to the clutches of lung cancer. It struck me deeply that the photos I possessed were all I had left of her, and no new memories could ever be created. This realization intensified the pain of her absence. To make matters worse, my photos were scattered across various platforms, making it a nerve-wracking ordeal to simply reminisce about her amidst the vast sea of images.

The final catalyst for my journey as a Photo Manager is closely linked to the second, in that the thought of losing the sole images of my beloved mother to unforeseen calamities like fire, flood, a mishap during a move, computer malfunctions, or the loss of my phone, was utterly unbearable. While I may not have perished, the emotional toll would have been immeasurable. The prospect of being unable to glimpse my mother's face from time to time was unthinkable.

I wouldn't wish these sentiments upon anyone, which is why I've made it my mission to extend my services to those who wish to avoid similar predicaments. I also provide solutions for individuals seeking to manage their multimedia assets, be it photos on their smartphones, digital cameras, computers, old home movies stored on VHS tapes, or physical photographs.
